To facilitate taking of approval of all documents for the whole SWR region (Regional/Head Office)
To ensure that within the Depot all daily reconciliation (Receipts and Payments) of cash is accurately processed.
Receiving of cash from salesman as per the signed copy of route summary, which is matching with the System generated cash due for each route.
Sorting of cash collections in conformity with bank requirements prior to lodgement.
Maintain all files of various Accounting records, Sales Reports, Sales Reconciliation, Receipt Books and other accounts related documents in a well organized and secure fashion.
Conduct Audit for TC Sales, Truck Stock and Wastage.
Bank Reconciliation (Weekly and Monthly Reports)
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports (Almarai Month End & Gregorian Month End)
Other ad-hoc duties assigned to me by my superiors.
