As a highly trained and Qualified Teaching Assistant Coordinator at British Orchard Nursery, Sharjah, it is my responsibility to manage, train, supervise and oversee the team of Teaching Assistants, Bus Coordinators and Bus Drivers within the nursery. Ensuring the staff are adhering to ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environment & OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety policies and procedures daily and working with the team to achieve their personal KPI’s. Assisting the Nursery Principal with Legal paperwork and files, Data Entry, Student Fees Collection, Accounts and Events.
