Supervising all civil works and soft services operations to include Housekeeping, Pest Control, and Waste
Management, etc...
Supervising the small work contractor’s and service providers job in yard
Liaise and coordinate with outsource contractor's, monitor contractor's work and progress to ensure
compliance with plans, specification and schedule.
Preparing Scope of works (BOQ) for the corrective maintenance and new requirements.
Attend the Facilities and maintenance complaints and follow up to ensure resolution in due time.
Inspect all buildings, Workshops, Open yard, Equipment’s & Car Parks and preparing reports and arrange repair as required.
Preparing & updating inventory of fixed assets & equipment’s furniture etc. to submit finance department.
Coordinating in space planning for all facilities including development of space plans to accommodate
staffing & other business requirements
Participate in developing the annual budget for the Facilities Management department and ensure
maintaining the costs and expenditure within the set budget.
Carry out regular and planned building inspections and surveys of all the yard and buildings
Lead and direct the timely maintenance follow up of yard facilities like buildings, Utilities
(MEP), Furniture's, etc as per requirements to operational continuity.
Conducting regular site walk around with QHSE team to ensure compliance to all relevant quality,
health, safety and environmental management procedures.
Review and endorse small work contractor invoices and facilitate timely processing for payment for all
related services and forwarding to authorize personnel for approval.
Developing concept design drawings to provide information to consultants and contractors
Updating the additional changes of as-built drawings
Developing drawing for MEP, HVAC and ELV with MEP Engineer.
Creating Sketches, GA Drawings, isometric Drawings and equipment’s layouts for construction
activities and other departments (Engineering, Production, IT & Resource Management Team )
Preparing purchase requisitions to the procurement department.
Preparing budget estimate, evaluation sheet to procure the furniture, fixtures etc.
Developing concept design drawings to provide information to consultants and contractors
Updating the additional changes of as-built drawings
Preparing & maintaining all kind of documents, drawings, technical evaluation reports in electronically (soft
copy) or hard copy format
Providing necessary guidance to the sub-contractor for their submittals and approval
Preparing General arrangement drawings (Architectural, Structural and Civil).
Preparing Reinforcement Detail Drawings of RC Walls, Beams & Columns.
Preparing all kind of Typical Detail drawings.
Preparing As built drawings.
Co-ordination of structural drawings as per designed Architectural & MEP Drawings.
Preparing Isometric Drawings individually
Preparing all kind of workshop drawings (Architectural, Structural and Civil).
Preparing of Roads and Infrastructure related works, Utilities and Master Plan related works,
Preparation Layout, Long section, detail drawings of Infrastructure projects.
Preparing As built drawings as per site survey.
Preparing all kind of Typical Detail drawings.
Preparing setting out plans using coordinates.
Modifying Consultants and Contractors drawings as required by the site Engineers.
Preparing Isometric Drawings individually.
Structural Shop Drawings / Working drawings in coordination with multi-disciplinary Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural drawings.
Preparing sketches for site and Construction activities.
Assist and co-ordinate with the Client / Site Engineering staff during all the phases of Construction.
