Responsible for contacting contractors and subcontractors regarding work needing to be re-done, or completed, and following up with further site inspections. Performed pre-occupancy walk-throughs to help generate sales and buyer interest, along with generating status reports and letters, fabrication and distribution of suite warranty books, and general office duties such as answering telephones, making copies, faxes, and filing.
