Responsibilities
Pre contract - Preparation of consultant RFP’s (responsibilities matrices, scope, deliverables and contract conditions), tracking and monitoring consultant’s deliverables, validating cost plans, writing report recommendations for the appointment of consultants, and ad hoc commercial support.
Post contract - Monitoring contractor’s notices and reviewing claims, leading commercial meetings, issuing determinations, processing payments and variation orders for consultants and contractors, replying to daily Aconex and email correspondence, preparing ROMs (cost estimates), administering FIDIC red book and other developer forms of contract, procurement of Provisional Sums and Prime Cost items, closing-out of NCRs, and preparing TOC documentation.

Responsibilities
Bid preparation, deployment and project resourcing, procurement and tendering, post contract administration, cost management and reporting, management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, earned value management, measurement in accordance with the principles of measurement (International) POMI, Claims assessment, reporting to senior management (at AECOM project scrub meetings and onsite to the Employer) and adhering to systems and protocol including KPI’s, utilization, DOA triggers, anti-boycott, sanctions and SOX compliance.

• Head office based Cost Manager (Pre Contract) for University College Dublin’s sports facility and the Rapid Schools Development PPP project.
• Site based Cost Engineer (Post Contract) for Intel’s semi-conductor facility.
• BoQ pricing for Sub Contractors.
Responsibilities
Cost planning and estimating, cash-flow forecasting, accruals, monthly and quarterly progress reporting. Take offs in accordance with the agreed method of measurement 4 (ARM 4) and prepared BoQs for pricing, coordinated tender queries and prepared payment recommendations for client approval.
Monitored spent cost against budget, identified risks and opportunities. Coordinated meetings, tracked variations and adhered to client systems and policies.

OMSG, Kuwait - Commercial Programme Manager
Locations - Middle East.
• Military compounds including Central Operating Base Speicher, Forward Operating Base Falcon, Forward Operating Base Diamondback, Forward Operating Base Marez, Camp Arifjan and Camp Virginia.
Responsibilities
Procurement of vehicles for military personnel stationed in Kuwait and Iraq. Acted as a liaison officer between soldiers/contractors, lenders and vehicle manufacturers. Advised and prepared financial plans, structured soldier’s/contractor’s down payments and advised them on affordable layaway plans and arranged finance from lenders on behalf of the soldiers/contractors.

• Site based Project Surveyor for Quartermile development and Lochran Place project.
Responsibilities
Contractor’s site based Quantity Surveyor, valuing and agreeing progress onsite for monthly valuations with the PQS including day-works, change orders and materials onsite.
QS 101 activities such as take offs in accordance with the Standard Method of Measurement 7 (SMM7).
Preparation of cash flows and monitoring spent cost against budget for various work packages, including concrete (falsework, formwork, reinforcement & concrete), steel frame, raised access flooring & suspended ceiling, rain-screen and curtain walling and MEP.
Preparation of tender documentation for Subcontracts and selection of successful tenderers.
