Key Achievements:
With almost no existing QMS in 2015, I Successfully developed and structured entire ISO 9001 2015 QMS system up to 3rd party audit stage within 18 months, certification planned to take place 1st quarter 2018.
Compiled the documentation required to competently executed quality management.
Regular audits conducted to ensure objectives were met as per ISO 9001 2015 standards.
Structured and implemented policies & procedures according to company mission vision and quality objectives, conducted training sessions for project engineers and site staff to confirm that they adhere to company quality standards. • Managed and supported the development, implementation and maintenance of the Health and Safety elements of the company’s HSE Management System and ensured that the goals and requirements of the Companies HSE Policy and associated Corporate and HQ Standards are achieved in all activities.
• Developed and Maintained Emergency Response Plans, Systems and Organisation; Prepare exercises and training materials and their delivery; Set up the procedure and train the existing personnel on the project for their implementation
• Advising management on the requirements of company policies and standards for occupational health in line with local legal requirements, OGP standards, best practise in Industry and gain their commitment for achieving these to ensure best practice.

Rendered expertise as a recruit/learner fire fighter and functioned up through the ranks up to the level of leading fire fighter. Gained knowledge in the medical field and qualified as an ALS (Advanced Life Support) Paramedic. Expertly managed the highest medically qualified employee and in the top 5 highest ranked fire fighters with an employee count of 40 EMS staff members.
