As a guest Relations Coordinator, my responsabilitie are to attend to all matters relating to the guest from when they arrive to Brazzaville to their departure. I also have different areas of responsability like:
-Meeting and greeting all the guests or Senior staff and other people as requested arriving and departing from Maya Maya airport.
-Local booking in receiving the payments from guests.
-Assisting with marketing and sales by receiving permission to display large CCC stand up banners on stategic places
-Informing potential guests about our products and services
-Searching new markets for partnerships
-Receiving and transferring partnership requests from potential partners
-Rehabilitate the image of Congo through articles elaborations on the daily lives of the Congolese.
-Publishing at least one article per day.
-Community Management
-Promoting new events
-Reporting to my line Manager
As a teacher, my tasks consisted in:
-Explaining my students the importance of learning Spanish
-Organizing an adequate set of lessons for a better understanding of the spanish language
-Organizing extra activities to facilitate language understanding
-Organizing tests to check level of evolution
-Help with any other aspects of my duty
-Sales And promotion of the products and services
-Support Customer via telephone and social networks
-Following up with customers to check service satisfaction
-Report problems on times and communicate them to the management
-Report my daily activities and any other requested reports to my line manager
