Handling export logistic finished goods related activity across country’s
Handling forklift operator & helper for the logistic operation.
Finalizing all the employee forklift operator & helper are doing excellent.
Checking properly sales truck are loaded finished goods actually quantity yes/no. with load out.
Counting of returns from the market finished goods is actually quantity yes/no.
After logistics of finished goods; organizing finished goods inside the storages.
Any issue & anything balance work hand over to next shift operation CICO.

The Role:
Preparing finished goods as per order from the sales dept.
Always cleaning around the warehouse.
Arranging properly finished goods.
Always follow up of the logistic team manager.
Managing logistics functions, negotiating with Transporters for smooth business.
Monitoring and analyzing the loss in transit (damages) and undertaking measures to control the same.
Preparing and analyzing operational daily reports for identifying focus areas.
Daily reporting to warehouse manager for the logistic operation.
Supply Chain Management
Analyzing the all operation before start operation.
Working on the time, wastage, damage reduction.
Tracking & maintaining inventory levels in the stores.
Efficiently managing the inventory levels thereby ensuring optimum use of inventory
Always monitoring and analyzing the loss (damages) in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.
Inventory Management/ Warehouse
Planning and monitoring warehouse operations of sales, receipt, and storage, return of unsold stock, inventory control and monitoring inbound logistics.
Ensuring accurate stock records are kept in warehouse.
Always monitoring warehouse logistic operation employees.
Team Management
Monitoring the team performance & increased capability to take on new roles within the recruitment life cycle across locations.
Providing feedback & training to the team to strengthen operational, functional or behavioral competencies.
courses: 6 month study in logistic in 2009. (Education Ministry of UAE and India)
