 Providing support to on-site engineers for hardware installment.
 Preparation of Python scripts to automate day to day tasks.
 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated network incidents.
 Providing Tier 3 support for the Network Operations Center, resolving complex network issues in a timely manner.
 Enabling routing (BGP, OSPF) on routers (Nokia 77xx, Dell z91xx and HPE59xx).
