• Own end-to-end technology delivery and Support for core and digital lending applications spanning Urban, Rural and
Digital business lines, across both Retail and Corporate loan portfolios.
• Serve as architecture design review authority for the Solutions Delivery Group, reviewing and approving solution and
system architecture for new platform builds, integrations and major enhancements prior to development.
• Lead technical evaluation of proposed designs for scalability, resilience and integration fit across the core lending, digital

• Manage an annual technology budget of ₹400+ Crores across a portfolio of 15+ applications, leading a team of 30-35

• Support 20, 000+ business users and a lending book of ₹65, 000+ Crores across Retail and Corporate businesses.
• Partner with business, risk, compliance and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into platform and
architecture roadmaps.
• Drive governance over the application landscape, including vendor management, budgeting, SLA adherence and risk
mitigation across the lending technology portfolio, managing working and steering committees.
• Own delivery and architecture for the core lending and digital platform suite.

• Headed the Business Process Re-engineering team, reporting to the Solution Delivery Head; led end-to-end
implementation of new lending products — Line of Credit, Gold Loan, Loans Against Securities, Insta-loans and Co
lending — in the Loan Originating System.
• Managed the Asset domain technology portfolio covering Core Lending, Mobile Banking and Digital Projects, with full
accountability for project delivery.
• Engaged directly with business stakeholders to convert demand into technology solutions; owned the technology
requirements pipeline for new builds and system changes.
• Authored business requirements, reviewed functional specifications and governed functional testing to ensure system
behavior matched business intent.
• Managed vendor relationships and cost, owned application budgeting, and established a Centre of Excellence for the
Functional Domain at the bank.
• Led platforms including M2P (Line Management), JOCATA (Personal Loan LOS), Easy Loan Portal (Purchase Finance),
Gold Loan LOS, FinnOne (Personal Loan LOS) and LAS.

• Handled requirement analysis, implementation and application management for Salesforce CRM, LOS, Core Lending
application and sub-systems.
• Drove business discussions to define requirements, finalize technical/functional specifications and manage release into
UAT and production.
• Led and managed 3 development squads totaling 21 developers, 2 BAs, 3 Team Leads and 2 Scrum Masters.
• Owned Salesforce (Sales, Service, Partner communities), Pennant Lending Factory (LMS & Collections), NewGen OMNI
Docs and Experian BRE.

• Led a team managing the complete project portfolio, including budgeting, planning, vendor selection and program
execution.
• Served as application owner and solution designer; conducted requirement analysis and monthly IT MIS reviews to
resolve LOB issues.
• Guided cost-benefit documentation for the Solution Architecture Board and ran application training to drive adoption.
• Managed DIGIBank (mobile banking), Leaps (LOS), Finacle (LMS), Experian (Bureau & Hunter) and Perfios (Income
Estimation).

• Drove business requirement discussions and finalized technical/functional specifications; managed release into UAT and

• Designed post-implementation support roadmaps and led audit-related activities for the IT department.

• Led a portfolio of projects related to the core lending system and communication module, including budgeting, planning

• Managed FinnOne (CAS), MIFIN, Indus Collections, LMS, CMS, SAS Deduplication, Connect Plus (CIBIL), Finwiz and
Hunter.

• Handled system design and implementation for the Virtual Accounting (VAS) project across Barclays PLC globally,
analyzing system design and planning implementation.

• Led implementation of the FinnOne lending product (CAS, CMS, LMS) across multiple clients including Axis Bank, RCL,
Edelweiss Housing Finance, SBI, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Saudi Hollandi Bank, Bajaj Finserv and Fullerton India.
• Owned delivery/solution leadership for SIT/QCT/UAT/Production issue resolution and delivered banking-process and
product training to clients and team members.
