•Experience in installation, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting of CISCO ASR 901, 920, 903
•In-Depth knowledge & experience in BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EIGRP, RIP, L2 VPN
•Hands on experience and good knowledge of L2 VPN implementation, BGP, Port Channel configuration
•In Depth trouble shooting on GPON OLT and ONU’S
Part of Problem management team and working with Service incidents, Problem incidents
•Troubleshooting of highly escalated operational issues in the IP/MPLS network and respective CISCO devices Hardware and software related issues .
•Troubleshooting of CISCO ASR920, 903 ‘s
•Working as NOC ENGINEER FOR BOTH at both areas SRIKAKULAM AND VIZIANAGARAM.
•Part of problem management and working with fiber teams to resolve the issue.
•Responsible for end to end connectivity and integrations of APSFL network of Vizag region
•Configuration and troubleshooting of BDIs, various protocols ISIS, BGP
•Providing technical support to the field teams towards commissioning and troubleshooting
•Looking after Operations and maintenance of APSFL Triple play services
