I&C Scope of Works
• Prepare Cable & JB Termination Schedules, Cable Routing Layouts, Instrument Installation Details, Hook-Ups Drawings, Interconnection Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams, and Instrument Loop Diagrams.
• Review Instrument drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs and submit it to consultant for approval.
• Prepare I\O list for all instruments and Equipment’s connected to PLC/DCS/SCADA
• Provides technical direction to Drafters and support for less experienced Site Engineers.
• Review reports, drawings, tests, and other data and submit it to client/consultant for shipment release.
Procurement Scope of Works
• Determination of equipment and supplies requirements
• Evaluate supplier’s and manufacturer’s base on products, services and prices including technical and commercial proposal
• Negotiate contracts/agreements for purchasing of materials / equipment’s
• Select suppliers; administer contracts throughout the project
• Assess supplier performance re: quality, cost, delivery, service
• Identify and eliminate waste and/or variability in the supply chain
• Review the supplier/manufacturer profile before submitting to client/consultant for approval
• Prepare a comparison sheets for commercial and technical offer from supplier
• Prepare the material specification data sheets and submit to consultant for approval and response for any comments from the consultant in regards with the submittals
• Prepare a monitoring sheet for material manufacturing starting date, FAT date and delivery schedule.
• Review the invoices, delivery notes, site receipt before processing the payments to the supplier
Work Description:
•Witnessed and In charge in monitoring for Sub Contractor/Supplier for:
•Testing and Commissioning for Medium Voltage Switchgear, MV Transformer and Package Type Sub Station.
•Testing and Commissioning of Low Voltage Switchgear.
•Testing and Commissioning of Fire Alarm System.
•Testing and Commissioning for Tel./ PABX System.
•Testing and Commissioning of CCTV, Access Control and Gate Barrier System.
•Testing and Commissioning of Medium Voltage VFD.
•Testing and Commissioning for PLC/SCADA System.
•Witnessed for Fiber Optic Splicing.
•Testing and Commissioning for Cathodic Protection.
•Testing and Commissioning for UPS System.
•In charge in setting all parameters for protection relay for ABB Medium Voltage Switchgear.
•In charge in setting all parameters for ABB soft starter for bore-well.
•In charge in setting the PLC panel for Irrigation System (ICC HUNTERS).
•In charge in configuring & calibrating for all ENDRESS HAUSER instruments.
• Perform loop checking and simulating the signal to PLC/SCADA System.
• Perform troubleshooting for all electrical equipments installed
Additional responsibilities:
•In charge for the As Built Drawings of All Electrical System
•In charge for the As Built of PLC/SCADA Termination Schedule
•In charge in preparing for PLC/SCADA Commissioning Documents Booklet
•In charge for the Inspection Request to the Consultant
charge in all electrical works
•Give instruction to the site electrical engineer regarding the work at site
•Make inspection for the work done before preparing an inspection request to the consultant
Additional responsibilities:
•Prepare Inquiry/LPO to supplier
•Prepare all submittals; workshop drawing, materials and samples.
•Prepare correspondence letter
•Document Controller.
•Prepare monthly progress report.
• In charge in all electrical works.
• Give direct instruction to electrical technician/electrician.
Electrical Sub-contracting Works
• Study and interpret electrical plan for layout and wiring installation purposes
• Delegates helpers and electricians to their respective assignment.
• Handle dangerous and sophisticated works that concerns the quality and safety.
• In charge all electrical works
• In charge in delegating workers to their respective assignments
• Fabricates pull-box and wire gutter
• Terminate panel-board
• Piping emt, pvc imc and rigid conduit pipe
• Trace all circuit before energizing
• Wirings lighting circuit and convenience outlet, special purposes outlet and homeruns
