• Assisting in Preparation of the Health & Safety Assurance Policy, Manual, Processes, Procedures and Plans as per the requirements of FIFA Safety and Security Regulations for Official and Non-official sites
• Assisting in Preparation of the Health & Safety Assurance performance dashboards.
• Assisting in Preparation of the workforce requirements and workforce deployment plans for each tournament
• Assisting in Preparation of material and infrastructure resource plans for Official and Non-official sites for each tournament
• Assisting in Preparation of Health & Safety Assurance budgets as per the workforce and material resource plans
• Liaise and coordinate with the Host Country and Qatar 2022 planning teams on the above matters
• Provide consultation for the Health & Safety Assurance certifications process for the temporary and permanent facilities and structures
• Provide consultation and contribute to establishing fire safety equipment requirements
• Provide consultation and contribute towards the emergency evacuation plans
• Provide consultation and contribute towards the transportation, logistics and pedestrian safety plans
• Attend and represent Health & Safety Assurance function during the planning meetings and other meetings
• Assist in establishing and maintaining Host Country Health & Safety Assurance legal register to ensure compliance with the applicable Health & Safety Assurance laws, regulation and other requirements
• Assist in preparation of Health & Safety Assurance audit programmes and carry out Health & Safety Assurance audits
• Provide support to each competition and Non-official sites for the smooth functioning of Health & Safety Assurance operations
• Take lead in the development of safety program.
• Active participation in establishment of IMS- Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007/ISO 45001) “BSI” to eliminate or minimize risk to employee or other interested parties who may expose to OH&S and Environmental risks associated with their activities.
• Participate in External audits conducted by third party certification bodies and regulatory authorities
• Review and update Integrated Management System.
• Participation in HSE Prequalification’s and Tendering stage.
• Conduct QHSE internal audits for organizational departments, workshop and Projects.
• Conduct weekly and Monthly site inspections on behalf of corporate HSE Department
• Participation and involvement in Project Kick off Meetings & client HSE Meetings.
• Participate on behalf of Company in various events organized by Clients and other stakeholders
• Participate in HAZIDs, HAZOPs, ENVID & OHID sessions for O&G projects on behalf of Corporate HSE Dept.
• Incident/Accident Reporting & Investigation System, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Act as a mentor for graduate and juniors in developing their safety concepts and skills.
• HSE reporting to Client and different authorities and Clients
• Establish an IMS- Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007) “DAS UKAS”
• Participate in HAZIDs and Risk Assessment production facilities and implementation of appropriate control measures to reduce the risks.
• Review and evaluate HSE Program for Contractors
• Analyze and monitoring Contractor Safety Data & Procedures
• Coordinate and train contractor workmen for Safety Requirement
• Assists in HSE meetings, bulletins and publications
• Support engineering facilities group in providing safety and risk related advice on projects.
• Prepare weekly & monthly HSE reports.

• Plan, coordinate and control Contractor Safety Committee

• Contribute in pre-qualification, selection and development of HSE competence of contractors, subcontractors, 3rd parties, vendors and suppliers.
• Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for every new employee for the project and administer and record their participation in the orientation program and issue identified to those employees completing orientation program.
• Attend all initial meetings with the project staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with subcontractor safety representatives.
• Establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor’s activity on site
• Establish and conduct regular safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and issue minutes of meeting and interface with project staff and each subcontractor safety Representatives.
• Ensure Subcontractor is conducting the proper training requirements as per OSHA standard.
• Ensure and maintain a log of each subcontractor toolbox safety meetings held with their employees.
• Review each subcontractor’s safety program and ensure that if it meets or exceeds the project safety program requirement.
• Participate in Tendering and prequalifications’
• Review contractor’s Work Method Statements & Risk Assessments.
• Support engineering facilities group in providing safety and risk related advice on projects.
• Prepare weekly & monthly HSE reports.
