Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence.
Risk Management
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and hazards within the organization.
Develop risk mitigation strategies to manage or eliminate identified risks.
Management Reviews and Reporting
Prepare and present reports on audit findings, compliance status, and continuous improvement efforts to management.
Facilitate management review meetings to discuss quality objectives, audit results, and necessary improvements.
External Audits Coordination
Prepare the organization for external audits by certification bodies, ensuring all required documentation and processes are in place.
Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and assist with any audit-related queries.
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Identify, document, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to ISO compliance issues.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and make necessary adjustments.
Policy and Standard Updates
Keep up-to-date with changes in ISO standards and implement any necessary updates within the organization.
Ensure policies and procedures are adjusted as required to maintain ISO certification.
Quality Management and Monitoring
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance.

Supplier and Vendor Compliance
Ensure suppliers and vendors adhere to quality standards and requirements, conducting assessments and evaluations as needed.

Customer Complaint Resolution
