* Day to day supervision to site including supervising, monitoring the progress and manpower.
* Ensure that the progress at site is as per approved time schedule.
* Assisting all inspection procedure with site inspector.
* Report to Senior Engineer site related issues (daily submittals, inspection request, quality safety,
Progress, resources, material and equipment’s delivered to site.)
* Monitor and coordinate progress at site to ensure that drawings and specification has been properly implemented.
* Interact and communicate effectively with other subcontractor, quality control and MEP.
* Ensure that all works meets the stipulated quality standards.
* Resolve various issues in the development process.
* To insure that the project is completed on time with in the planned budget.
* Prepare monthly progress report and photos.
* Attend the weekly coordination meeting with consultant and other contractor and subcontractor.
* Prepare quantities of materials to order by purchasing department.
* Prepare work schedule for the priority areas.
* Prepare RFI and RFA documents.
