Participates in projects to gather Customer requirements, and design, configure, test, and
implement SAP systems and applications. Monitor system performance and usage to maintain
security and reliability. Ensures the reliable performance of the SAP system. Troubleshoots and
resolves any SAP-related hardware, software, user access, or other problems. Coordinates new
software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users. Recommends new
features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback. knowledgeable about
all aspects of the SAP system and related database schema.
 Scrum Master for a Team from different nationalities and Sites, define their sprints,
manage their Capacities to deliver their assigned Tasks.
 Defines, documents, and carries out System projects or sub-projects participating in all
phases.
 Work as 1st and 2nd line support to troubleshoot all system daily issues/complains.
 Design/implement Integration Interfaces with our Customer’s systems to automate the
system processes.
 Agrees project approach with stakeholders, and prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk
and communications plans) and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing
stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
 Understands business processes and translates them to the functionality in applications by
being involved with Customer’s discussions to Identify the best practice for system setup.
 Responsible for the documentation of functionalities. Prepare/create all needed training
documents.
 Participate in testing any new changes/developments before delivering them to Business.
 Supports the User Acceptance Tests before applying new changes on Production system.
 Provide needed System Training for the end-users, super-users on a daily/weekly basis.
 Sets configurable elements in the system to support business process.
