- Analyze the historian/DCS data for major energy consumers’ equipment such as Centrifugal Compressors, Fired Heaters, Gas Turbines, Pumps and Heat Exchangers in order to evaluate the performance and identify potential improvements.
- Combined Heat and Power (CHP) modeling for true steam cost calculations.
- Development of the Energy KPIs for the industrial facilities (Offline & Online)
- Developing and reviewing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), Heat Flow Diagrams (HFDs), and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
- Preparing pressure drop calculation for pipelines, calculation of pumps and pump selection using Simulation software.
- Ensuring planned engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering deliverable, process engineering planning & scheduling, preparation of progress reports, manpower & resource forecasts, time schedules of engineers, utilization of resources effectively & efficiently.
- Conceptual Process Design & Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment. Review of Clients tender documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations.
- Analyzing process data to identify and evaluate initiatives and retrofit projects to optimize plants' operation.
- Analyzing new projects design documents to identify and evaluate initiatives to improve the design.
- Performing material and energy balances as well as process simulation (on Excel or Hysys) to ensure feasibility of identified initiatives and retrofits.
- Perform process equipment conceptual sizing and coordinating with vendors to obtain detailed sizing and cost.
- Coordinating projects and communicating with clients.
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas of Engineering function, so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost-effective service to customers.

- Responsible to instruct, supervise and monitor all operators to follow all procedures, regulations of local operation and maintenance in order to keep safety and stability during the shift.
- To manage routine operation of plant, in shifts as a team leader to achieve daily production plans.
