• Study the operational processes with the head of departments and find where to develop automated solutions and as well as workflow enhance.
• Lead the taskforce of creating the KPI’s of the non-medical departments.
• Write the guidelines of the supply chain process for the different units under supply chain department. As well as participating in writing the process of other departments.
• Implementation barcode solution for the complete transactions of the medications and medical supplies items.
• Automate the processes of the patient registration office and company approvals office.
• Ensure that operations deliverables are completed consistently on time, meet the quality standards as well as the client's requirements, and provides operational support
• Develop and manage the relations with the external vendors and subcontractors.
• Review the contracts and SLA agreements, and member of the approvals committee.
• Lead the project status meetings either for internal projects or projects executed by outsourcing contractors. And maintain updates with the project developments and risk to the stakeholders.
• Work closely with the project team throughout the project phases.
• Ensure proper project closure and handover to the end-users.
• Establish new operations needed by the business by defining the new operation(s) task and processes, write the initial policies and procedures and insure the synchronization of the new operation(s) with the running operations.
• Enhance the running processes by solving the problems in the existing process such as controls, redundancy, bottle neck, …etc. or provide advanced solution for the same process to increase the work efficiency
• Responsible of process automation and work with software developers and other IT specialists to design, test, and implement build-outs to company systems
• Act as project liaisons between various departments to ensure that all project activities are in support of overall project goals and the company's business objectives
• Assist with the development and measurement of operational KPIs to measure operations efficiency and assess strengths and weaknesses, and work to make sure that all critical issues are addressed and documented in a timely fashion.
• Ensure that operations deliverables are completed consistently on time, meet the quality standards as well as the client's requirements and provides operational support
• Manage the implementation of the new required applications and the vertical solutions integrated with Oracle. Implement new applications such as Food and catering, Gym and fitness, Fixed assets counting and tracking, Oracle CX and Oracle BI. Negotiate the project plan and cost with the suppliers.
• Control the milestones and deliverable of each project and maintain the cost within the budget.
• Manage the implementation of Oracle EBS, ERP throughout different phases of the project.
• Manage other business related applications such as BI, CX and catering
• Manage the integration between the related applications
• Manage and plan the resources
• Write the policies and procedures related to IT
automate the tendering process by using Oracle sourcing
• Manage key and end users training and on going education.
• Responsible of all projects in Easter region for Microsoft products (AX2009, AX2012 and CRM)
• Activate the slow moving projects to achieve the goals.
• Manage the implementation team and assign the proper resource for the project
• Plan the projects tasks and cash flow
