Working as Restaurant Manager Kandooma Café All Day Dinning Café
With Holiday Inn Kandoma IHG Group Maldives since July 2013.
• Outlet Head for the All Day Dinning Restaurant that has 180 Covers and occasionally organizes special events.
• When in need I am in-charge of the other Outlets like Fine Dining and A le Carte Restaurant and Bar..
• Within first 3 months of joining Kandooma Café All Day Dinning Café achieved Best in Class in South East Asia for Break-Fast Operation for The All Day Dinning Café amongst all the IHG Resorts and Hotels 3 times consecutively.
• Kandooma Café Team for the Last 3 months achieved 90 % ( Heart Beat) from the Guest Feed Back from Priority members.
• Reduced expenses by 20% of the budget by constantly checking guest supply and other ancillary expenses and consistently maintained the standard of service too.
• For great " Break Fast Experience" Kandooma Café got selected for film shooting of "Setting Standards" for all IHG Resorts for Breakfast Service.This film will be shown on Lobster Ink for all IHG Hotels of which I was a team member.

Worked as Banquet Manager for Novotel Al Anoud Riyadh Accor Hotels in Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia from (May 2012-June 2013)
• In-charge of all the Banqueting Space and outside catering as well, handled private functions, Embassy Events, Special VIP Meetings, Cocktail Parties and others.
• Working in Opera and keeping a track of details for the various events chronologically, communicating with Sales and Kitchen team to work smoothly.
• Taking Sales Calls and Booking events in opera while looking at availability and following queue management.
