Lead Planner for the Keeyask Generating Project
Contract Management.
Developed the Earned Value management system for the project in Primavera.
Developed and managed the comprehensive and integrated schedule for the project in Primavera.

Gather schedule data from the project site, integrate and update project schedule data on a monthly basis.
Facilitate short term look-ahead schedules for Project Managers indicating the critical path.
Provide a narrative for each schedule update.
Interface and coordinate with Manitoba Hydro management and third-party construction service providers to develop baseline schedules and update progress schedules.
For new projects, create a Work Breakdown Structure outline framework prior to creating a Baseline schedule for each work contract and integrate these individual schedules into a Master Baseline schedule for the complete project.
Monitor progress of work in the field to verify progress accuracy of third party schedule update data before integrating the data within the master project schedule.
Attend periodic schedule progress meetings.
Ensure third party data integrity for start and finish dates for each work activity and record source data documents for future data audit checks.
Identify, and incorporate scope changes and extra work activities into the update schedules and report to Manitoba Hydro’s Project Managers the impact of the changed/extra work on the individual contract’s critical path and contract completion date. Carry out a similar analysis for the Master Project schedule.
Integrate individual update schedules into a Master Monthly Update schedule for the complete project. Create Monthly Update schedules for each contract and the complete project to Level 3 details and roll up the information to Level 2 and Level 1 details for Manitoba Hydro Management.
Monitor daily activities of Contractor and to ensure works carried out as per Contract Specifications.
Material approval as per specification, nomenclature and standard
Safety watches to ensure safe working conditions at site.
All correspondence with the client and Contractor.
Verification of Bill of Quantities of Contractor for payment
Responsible for providing technical support to Contractor team
Surveyed sites to ensure implementation of plans
Attended regular meetings with engineers for stability and stiffness of designs
