- Lead HRIS projects to improve HR services to Bank employees, and provide management with
business critical information and reports.
- Re-engineer and improve HR processes, and map them to HR systems
- Manage all projects related to Oracle ERP (HRMS Modules)
- Lead the development of robust people related monthly analytical data for CEO and HR senior
management review
- Design and produce best in class People Management reports for senior management review and
decision making

• Conduct Client Relationship Management reveiws with business units to determine their HRIS needs and obtain feedback for improving HR systems

- Preparation of RFPs
- Communication with IT and external vendors to ensure E-Courses are developed per requirements
- Review and verification of E-Courses Story Boards
- Interaction with SMEs and participation in testing of E-Courses
- Coordination with IT and external vendors to upload final E-Courses into Oracle LMS
- Coordination with IT to esnure needed enrollment of employees in E-Courses
- Provide needed reports for Training Department regarding status of employees’ completion of E-Courses
- Coordination with Training Department in the training of the end users
- Provide support to end users of E-Learning system
