2. Participatory approaches including Community Based Natural Resources Management and community forestry, agro-forestry.
3. Ecosystems and Biodiversity conservation, Payments for Environmental Services.
4. Sustainable Forest Management (SFM), Biodiversity Conservation, Non Wood Forest Products, agro-forestry and Sustainable Land Management.
5. Adapting land use forms with regard to climate change and biodiversity conservation
6. Experience in Environment Management, Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation including REDD+ and planning.
7. Experienced in managing human resources, offices as a Head of the Division.
8. Experience in Project Management and Team Building through formal training & involvement in international projects
9. Trained in conflict management & problem solving
10. Monitoring and Evaluation of the impact of Forest Resources Management,
11. Formulation of Policy for Natural Resources Management,
12. Computer skills: word, Excel, Power point presentation, internet and e-mails etc.
