I am heavily involved in performing major duties in Human resource department within the organisation. Responsibilities proudly handled are:
1) HRIS
- Handling & assisting in monitoring passport & provide employee history
- Providing Reports on Expiry Dates
- Providing Employee History Reports & furnishing requests by employees
- Highlighting to HR HOD Valid Absences/Medical certificate & reasons for Absences.
2) Recruitment
- Providing key administrative support throughout the entire recruitment cycle for various vacancies.
- Post Job Opening to recruitment sites/media.
- Pre-screening, sort CV’s matching with job requirements.
- Providing assistance in calling candidates for interview
- Conducting interviews and forwarding to concerned department.
3) Record management
Maintainaing a variety of employment files and records for the purpose of compiling pertinent employee information, ensuring accuracy of employee’s records, maintaining eligibility for position and complying with mandated requirements.

Others duties involved are :-
