My role includes the following responsibilities:
• Knowledge transfer to the team members about the functionality and design concepts of CLM, Portal, ARIS, SPP.
• Task allocation to the team.
• Working on Change Requests and high-priority issues raised by the end-users.
• Interaction with the client about the issues faced by them, at the Onsite Location(Johannesburg).
• SAP Portal consultant, CLM( Esourcing ) consultant, ARIS and SPP(Ancile Uprform) Administrator.

It is the world’s largest producers of major commodities including aluminium, copper, energy coal, iron ore, manganese, metallurgical coal, nickel, silver and titanium minerals, and uranium along with substantial interests in oil and gas. It is a global organisation with over 100 locations throughout the world.
My role includes the following responsibilities:
• Page Customization and toolbar customization for Business objects.
• Configured system properties for CLM to maintain integration with XI, maintained the fields which need to be included in the outgoing messages to XI for various CLM objects.
• Created Master Agreement Type, Project Type.
• Cluster, Directory Configuration.
• Collaborator Role configuration, Numbering Table Definition Configuration.
• Master Data Configuration, Importing Master Data using CSV files.
• Workflow Definition ( XPDL) Version updation.
• Maintained and corrected issues in the daemon settings in CLM.
• Corrected and modified CLM scripts using Beanshell as per business requirement.
• Created queries as per business requirement. Optimized queries to have faster retrieval of data.
