•Taking job responsibilities from Chief mechanic by taking decisions on trouble shooting and routine, preventive maintenance
•Specialized in maintenance and overhauling of engines and generators like CAT enginesB3512, B3412, working on heavy equipments, Koomy unit. Drawworks, Top Drive System and Mud Pump
•Vibration analysis, field balancing of rotating equipments.
Maintenance of hydraulic equipments, hydraulic ram, pneumatic hoists.
•Trained in handling all types of pumps.
•Operate, maintain and repair compressed air systems, hoisting systems, mud circulating systems, rotating systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and pumps of all types. Repairs maintain overhaul any type of mechanical conveyors.
•Understand and use indexes and reference sources to find information regarding parts, repairs and operational manual and procedures (control by ECM & VFD Alarm monitoring system)
Service Manager, reporting to Director
•Managing the services for Boats & Yachts routine service, repairs, emergency breakdown
•Yearly dry docking in Mumbai as well as outstations like Western, Southern and Eastern coast of India. Launching & commissioning of boats & yachts, pre delivery to customer.
•Maintaining Customer relationship - creating timely schedule of boat/yacht service repairs & offering best solution. Estimation of jobs, creating & maintaining job cards, parts identifying & inventory required during repairs, final invoicing & follow up with customer for service feedback & update.
•Spare parts management - Identifying & procuring genuine as well as locally fabricated spares. Vendor development.
•Manpower control & management - Supply of boat operation crew as per requirement, service & maintenance crew, hospitality services.
•Conducting Training program for operation, rescue & maintenance crew members.
•Analysing and modifying the ongoing maintenance strategy to improve performance
monitoring and ensuring compliance with the planned maintenance system
implementing a program of continuous improvement in maintenance performance.

•Ensuring compliance with safety case maintenance requirements managing
maintenance support contracts on a daily basis.

•Job was involved of routine, break down and preventive maintenance of container handling cranes as individual and or as part of team
•Preventive Maintenance included hourly based as well as weekly, fortnightly and monthly six monthly, yearly based preventive maintenance as per computer generated PM sheets.
•Condition monitoring, service, maintenance and overhauling of installed equipment like various types of gear box for cross, long travel, main drum gear box
Inspection, service, troubleshooting repairs of Hydraulic power pack and systems
Inspection, repair/service or replacement of Electromagnetic brake assemblies, Mechanical and electrically operated disc brakes

Diesel engine powered RTG cranes - Service & overhauling of engine CAT 3406 series and Cummins C6, M6 series

•A ship repairing company works carrying out at onshore, at dry docks, & at anchorage.
•Hands on experience in complete overhauling & repairs of Diesel main engines, generator sets, turbo chargers, diesel oil separator- purifier, & other auxiliaries.
•Hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, windlass winch, & anchor chain work.
•Heat exchangers, overhead cranes, hoists, structural, and plate & pipe fabrication work.
