Roles & Responsibilities :-
•Setting up the weekly, monthly Procurement Plan.
•Procurement of raw materials in cost saving.

•Verify Receiving & Issue of Material as per invoice & Purchase order.
•Clearance of Returnable/Non-Returnable & rejection of materials.
•Maintaining data & Inspection of Inward & Outward stock material.

Role:- Line Operator
o Operating all assembly line machines on ‘Brake-booster Assembly’ Section.
o Line operating using mistake proof techniques likely on poka-yoki machines.
Role:- Visual Inspector
o Inspecting final product by visually.
o Checking all physical characteristics & tests.
Role:- Quality Inspector
o Filling Line start up sheet, Graphs, charts & other documents.
o Remove final rejection & record them.
o Checking raw material before change over.
o Provide proper training to new trainee technician with Quality Concepts.
Reports to : production manager & plant head.
•Directs reports : machine operators, maintenance & fixture Technician, Quality team.

•Handling of HMC, VMC, CNC machines for machining of auto components.
•Conducted complete inspection of auto components and prepared sample inspection report.
