• Responsible for the overall Mechanical Construction execution activities for the Shoaiba Stage III Power Plant with adequate Safety and Quality measures.
• Co-ordination and well communication with Client and Sub Contractor Representatives.
• Monitoring and review the progress planned by Main contractor and Company.
• Briefing on Safe work practices and identifying hazards associated with job activities by analyzing by Job Analysis Form to all workers, to ensure HSE.
• Close monitoring of daily activities at site to ensure that the work carried out is as per Owner specification and Quality standards.
• To support QS department for finalizing extra claims as per issued Site Instructions.
• Identifying additional job scopes and documenting with job variation orders.
• Inspection of the job done and prepare Punch list and follow up the punch list.
• Progress reporting by weekly and ahead 2 week scheduled planning.
• Making all kinds of progress reports using MS-Word & Excel for the work done & the remaining to be done
