• Conducting internal audit for ISO/TS 16949.
• Employing quality control & formulating inspection standards/ control techniques to ensure that the process adheres to set quality standards.
• Planning and executing complete Quality Assurance Functions to comply with all regulatory requirements and as per the National and International certification standards and systems.
• Identifying quality problems of clients and rectifying it also monitoring quality and reducing customer complaints.
• Responsible for Project Planning & Execution, Annual dock audit plan, Shop layout and material flow & countermeasures.
• Designing and implementing systems and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall quality operations and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Achieving customer satisfaction through quality evaluation and continuously improving effectiveness of management system through involvement of all personnel
