• Providing husbandry/agency services to all kinds of vessels & Marine Services include Berthing vessels at Fujairah(ADCO, VOPAK &FOTT), Khorfakkan.
• Arranging Service launches/ Hot work permits/ Diving permits/ Immobilization as per client requests.
• Daily interaction with Port Officials/ Vessels /Vessel principals for vessels smooth operations.
• Preparing and maintaining daily operations report.
• Vessel registration with Ports and Loading terminals
• Monitoring vessel movements using VHF and vessel live tracking software
• Preparing annual service reports, invoices, and KPIs
• Managing vessels and Service boats (5 service boats, 1 water barge, and 1 AHTS tugboat) operations and maintenance
• Arranging vias, vessel clearance (Anchorage and Port), and custom clearance
• Coordinating with Port officials for obtaining permissions (diving, Hot work, Engine immobilization, etc.)
• Launch arrangements as per clients requests and ensure all requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments (Workshop, supply/purchase, and safety), third-party suppliers, surveyors, etc. for timely delivery and attendance for respective vessels.
• Managing vessel operations and Maintenance.
• Create and maintain schedule including inspections, maintenance, repairs and training.
• Tracking, recording and reporting operations and maintenance activities.
• Tracking, recording and reporting fuel consumption.
• Monitor, track and file trip reports.
• With the help of Port Engineers, Technical Manager and Fleet manager regarding arranging technicians on board for fixing the defect.
• Creating LPO’s for Ship repairs, Service and maintenance.
• Updating the Monthly report for Vessels and maintaining PMS
• Follows up vessel’s general requirements
• Maintaining Defect log from vessels and updating the work progress to Concern authority.
• Arranging the required items (Machine parts, Deck Items, Food items, Stationary etc) as per the request from various vessels by the help of Purchase department.
• Dealing with Computer parts and other machine parts
• Bill of lading / AWB Preparation
