Currently, I am working as a Technical Manager at the Saracen Technology wherein I am managing the
technical operations of the company. I participate directly in each project's progress from commencement to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency. I analyze the client's requirements and provide accurate time and cost estimates to ensure customer satisfaction. I also meet with the clients to further discuss and evaluate their requirements and suggest strategies in order to execute the project successfully. I am also responsible in recruiting personnel and oversee the development of their
competence in required areas.

I was working as the Technical Director of the Park House English School (PHES) in Doha. I was responsible in planning, organizing and evaluating the operations of the information systems in each department of the school. I develop and implement procedures for the data processing and system maintenance of the school and I supervise the team of computer technicians,
programmers and other personnel in the technical department.

I operate alongside the Business Development Manager being responsible for the business
systems, sales and technical department.
I oversee the installation, commissioning and operation of our electrical and electronic equipment and systems. I liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners and general workforce involve in the project. I supervise the day-to-day management of the site, including monitoring of the site workforce.

I am also the constant point of contact for the client and I always ensure the smooth running of the works and make sure that all technical troubleshooting processes are in place and that these are followed.

I am also involve in the preparation of the project budget estimates and plan and secure construction
milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.

I was responsible for the site supervision ensuring that we meet contractual and specification requirements of
our clients. I coordinate with the contractors for the electrical drawings & design prior to our installation. I
work together with the site engineers to ensure timely installation and keep daily records on construction
activities and assist in documentation of construction records.

I was involved in the design of their local area network for security antenna detectors for their different projects in GCC. One of my main duty is to conduct site inspection and supervise the installation and maintenance of the electronic equipment and systems. I also developed reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to illustrate the benefit of the equipment or services being offered. I have written specifications, schedules and technical reports and assist in the preparation of the operational budget.
