Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as Interview Status reports, closure
reports, Funnel report and feedback reports.
Ensures deployment of various HR processes, Background verification, On boarding etc., as
Per Company guidelines, reviews them periodically and implements changes, wherever required Syndication With Office leadership.
Communication of process guidelines: Periodically reviews and updates HR guidelines, policies and processes.
Data management:
Ensures that all HR-related data is updated and managed seamlessly for various people processes/engagement
Touch points. Ensures data consistency and correctness across various HR Record’s systems.
Pro-actively build candidate pipeline for future requirements maintaining monthly MIS, review data & personal files of employees.
Issuance of letters related to offers made, appointment, confirmation appraisal & salary revision etc..
To maintain leave records of all the employees.
Generating ID cards and login details for new joiners
Giving induction and doing joining formalities
Resolving employee queries & settlement of the grievances, if any.
Separation/Exit Interview/Full & Final Settlements
Experience in writing onsite deputation agreements
