• Key Responsibilities Overview:
• Use HR experience to coach, advise and support company projects manager on key employment processes of recruitment, induction, training & development, performance management, employee relations, restructures and redundancies, disciplinary & grievance

• Independently manages multiple tasks and assigned projects whilst respecting the deadlines and simultaneously ensuring the integrity of all information and data.
• Communicates and provides information internally and externally to assist and enable administrative support and effective service to the concerned sections.
• Refers routine matters to appropriate person for action and follows up to ensure completion.
• Preparation of all petty cash expenses and assist to check and verify staff claims related to projects team
• Handing Project Department all the SAP -RDT related activities. (Recourses Deployment Tool)
• Preparation of and uploading Staff & Labor Deployment Plan
• MPR Creation for Staff & Labor & Maintain and update Org Chart
• Ensuring Projects Handover forms are completed and signed off prior to the transfer of project, (Warranty Certificates, Project Completion Certificate)
