After successfully completion of three years in Abu Issa Holding as a Designer, I promoted as the Senior Designer of the department. With adding some extra responsibili- ties to the same role I was.
SOME OF MY MAIN RESPONSIBILITY ARE:
• Lead & guide the team
• Manage the workflow
• Follow up on going campaigns with the design tem
• Follow up all the upcoming events, sales & promotion with brand managers
• Follow up PR & Media plans
• Develop the team skills/creativity and the facilities of my department
My main role in Abu Issa Holding as a creative designer is to maintain the brand identity of the brands we work with according to specific brand guidelines provided by those brands, and to add more value to the brand with my creative ideas.
