 Headed all HR relates works, office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

 Managing administration aspects of Human Resources including health insurance, benefits, performance staff document support, implementation of Company Policies
 Overseeing data input in HRMS system, working on integration and system adaptation
 Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
 Communicate with public services when necessary
 Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
