Headed all HR relates works, office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Executing the entire process of recruitment from scratch to end
sourcing, selection and appointment, Onboarding, etc.
Maintain Attendance, Leave Records and other employee database.
Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc), conducting exit interview, final settlement of employees.
Developing & maintaining MIS and other operations report.
Staying up-to-date, interpreting and advising on UAE Labor law, and work in close coordination with company PRO for Visa, ID, and other company-related docs procedures.
Responsible for giving administrative support for the vehicle distribution permits procedures.
Responsible in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter and experience letters.
Managing administration aspects of Human Resources including health insurance, benefits, performance staff document support, implementation of Company Policies
Overseeing data input in HRMS system, working on integration and system adaptation
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Assisting the day-to-day operation of HR Management and other general administrative responsibilities.
Responsible for the HR operation activities: e.g. issuance of offer letters, on-boarding of new employees, exiting process.
Prepare and submit various MIS reports on recruitment, compensation and benefits, Employee Engagement Programs.
Handle all payroll systems and oversee payments of salaries to employees.
Responsible in taking care of employee medical insurance, Group insurance & medical claims by following up with the insurance company.

Operated attendance and leave management and processing.
Perform daily clerical duties such as arranging courier, sort and distribute mail, checking vendor/supplier invoice and obtain approval.
Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Working knowledge in Free zone (JAFZA) Process.
Manage the ERP system - add/update employee’s details, manage and maintain employees personal & other related information, approve annual and sick leaves, update training details etc.
Ensure joining formalities are completed on time (Visa, Medical, EID) and document renewal.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, bonus, leaves, overtime etc.)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Identifying training needs and conducting trainings, employee grievance handling, conducting employee engagement programs, conducting exit interview, final settlement of employees.
