● Designing a Digital Marketing strategy : Can choose a variety of tools that help implement promotional strategies in online businesses.
● Accounting and Financial Reporting: Outreach strategy to clients, partners and teams - Able to explain digital marketing strategy to clients, partners and company executives.
● Monitor the implementation of Digital Marketing : Monitor and evaluate every plan made on time and its implementation according to the plan that has been made..
● Optimizing strategies for better work results : Every result obtained is evaluated and optimized to the fullest.
Serves as Project Manager Who specialize in The Planning, Management and execution of infrastructure and Cyber security project.
● Project Management: Leads all post-contract client relationships, managing ~50 projects (USD 1k-25k budget each) simultaneously. Collaborates with the Firm’s owners to establish project specs and manages a team of developers using Cisco Devices, Antivirus Software, Firewall, Proxy and others
● Client and Vendor Management: Engage in day to day communications with customer; answer their question, manage conflicts and collect feedback and also coordinate and cooperate with third-party (Product or service) provider
● Managing Teams: Estimates workloads, sets developer schedules, and monitors project progress using PM Software and also manages projects’ digital assets using cloud storage solutions like Drobox
