Installation of McAfee Client Proxy(MCP) at client laptop, resolve queries of internet related issues.
Monitor and Maintain McAfee Web Gateway traffic, Analysis of logs generated through McAfee Web Reporter
Making and Maintain Rules as per requirement in McAfee Web Gateway.
Knowledge of Rules like SSL Scanner (Certificate Verification and Content Inspection), Time Quota, Category based Rules, List based Rules, Bandwidth controlling rules.
Monitor internet traffic flow, Provide detailed report of Internet usage by end users,
Malware broke out, Bandwidth uses etc
Regular backup of McAfee Web Gateway, Reporter and its database.
Troubleshooting of issues arise time to time, Categorization of URLs
Dealing with infected machines to clean virus.
