• Knowledge about Net Act, Putty, Citrix, Tang OMS Erection &Commissioning Nokia MCBSC, BSC, RNC, knowledge OSS System, Remotely login and health check up, Monitoring for all technology.
• Should be flexible in work timings and ready to work on 24/7 support.
• Implement parameters in the network elements’ subsystems (understands KPI and the impact on the performance of the system).

• Nokia FCOB Swap with Nokia AMOD and Existing FCOB Technologies Shift with AMOD.
• ASIB, ASIA Synthetic with FSMF.
• Attend NOC Calls and Follow UP Site Down Issues, Transmission Issues Clearance Site Down and Alarms and Close TT.
• Troubleshooting of faults/outages in the cell sites by analysing the faulty Units/modules of BTS/MW radios.
• Activating and deactivating various Alarms (EAC& Module type) that can be generated within the cell site and made checked to OMCR (GDC).
• Site Alarm Clearance within the given timeline.
• Understanding of Remote Electrical Tilts (RET) and troubleshooting related to RET issues.
• Perform support on alarm clearing and troubleshooting such as VSWR, RX/TX Level Monitoring, Antennal Line Failure, RET failure, via BTS Site Manager and check parameters & physical inter connection which includes the jumper cable, antenna, SFP modules, etc.
