• As a highly skilled and dynamic mechanical engineering, I have flourished my work in the areas of Maintenance supervising and project handling arena. Along with this I have a good understanding of Permit to Work, Risk Identification and Control Measures Process Job hazard Analysis, Emergency Response, Confined Space, Fire Fighting Systems, and technical aspects of materials properties. During my Work experience and projects handled, I have gained expertise in designing cost effective process and man power handling to execute work on time.

• Experience of -SVT Marine loading Arms, Gangway, Mooring system, Ebara LNG High pressure pumps, Ebara Seawater lift pump, Diesel engine driven pump, Burckhardt compression, ORV, Screw/Centrifugal Compressors, Fan & Blower, Pigging, Nitrogen production facility.
• Supervise, coordinate and participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance activities of the Terminal equipment.

Carryout Maintenance jobs supporting with GAS GAME (Global Asset Management Excellence) and ME (Mechanical execution) module.
Working with standard PTW system, procedure and work instruction.
Trouble Shooting & RCA in LNG Plant Machineries & Jetty Area Equipment.
Coordination in Maintenance Planning & Execution + Workshop activities related to plant
Maintenance.
Constantly improve and optimize maintenance and workshop practices to achieve minimum downtime of the equipment.
Participate in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) process and review conclusions.
Follows all safety rules and guidelines established by the refinery and actively participates in safety meetings, safety programs.
Observe & Reporting of FIM, Unsafe conditions/activity.

Handson experienced of cryogenic barrel pumps (hp/lp), LNG unloading arm, safety valves, gas compressor, reciprocating and screw compressor, gas turbine generator, cf pump, fd fan, utility equipments and N2 plant equipments.

 Working as Mechanical Technician at NGL Fractionation for C2, C3, C4& C5+
 Familiar with Gas Treating process, Re boilers, Gas fired heaters, distillation columns, Amine Treating, safety relief valve, vertical sump pump Sun-dyne pump, CSTR, compressors and storage facilities etc. Familiar with process systems like De -ethanizer De-propanizer, De-Butaniser, Instrument air systems.
 Preventive and/or corrective maintenance of rotating & static equipments of Fractionation Train of hydrocarbon(NGL)
 knowledge & exposure in Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
 Familiar with HAZOP, H2S and best Safety practices.

• Join as DET through campus selection and upgraded as an Engineer in 5years of working with Cold Rolling Mill complex.
• Complete refurbishing of old pickling lines equipments.
• Involved in modification & trouble shooting team. Erection & Commissioning of Continues Pickling Line of capacity .8MTPA.& Commissioning of Acid Regeneration Plan.
• In-Process Activity Management, Such As Energy Conservation, Generation, Controlling Parameters, Co-Ordination with Other Department..
• Mechanical Maintenance of Hydraulics & Pneumatics system, Lubrication system, Gear Boxes, pumps, Blowers, Valves, Conveyors, Mechanical Equipments & Acid Line .
• Apart from the Brake down and regular Shut down Maintenance jobs I have also been involved in Manpower planning, Material planning, Preparing shut down job lists, check lists (daily, weekly, monthly) etc.
