Key Responsibilities:
Support to Management for safe execution on all sites and implementation of International and national standards and company safe work practices.
Monitoring all contractors and activates as per ADNOC HSE requirements and guidelines stipulated in the contract.
Participating in weekly/Monthly HSE meeting with client & site top management & preparing MOM for follow up.
Review JSA/FRA/TRA for all the high-risk activities inside Block Valve Station and outside bladder areas.
Review Project HSE Plan according to ADNOC guidelines and safe work practices.
ADNOC road safety coordinate / In vehicle monitoring system (IVMS)
Contractors Premobilization’s HSE Review and monthly Evaluation of Contractor HSE

Maintain all the HSE Related Documents and Reporting to client and Head office.

Planning and participating various HSE audits
Conduct HSE Trainings for contractor and sub-contractor to make them aware from the hazards at work site and precaution.
Ensuring 100% ADNOC HSE policy and compliance.
Conducting mass toolbox meeting for project employees.
EPC for Environment Impact Assessments-EIA (BVS-1 to BVS-9, MPS,
IPS and MOT)
Clients: ADNOC Onshore - Abu Dhabi, UAE
PROJECT SCOPE:
BVS-1 to BVS-9 Civil Related foundation work inside the Block Valve Station- Confined
Space Entry.
BVS-1 to BVS-9 Bladder area construction.
Mitigation areas construction
Mechanical activities like Pipeline Tie-in activities from Habshan to Fujairah MOT and
BVS-1 to BVS-9 inside the block valve station-Confined Space Entry.
E&I work related activities, Existing panel dismantling and new panel erection and
installation of E&I activities and testing & commissioning
Pipeline installation over live 48’ oil and gas pipeline at all Block Valve Stations inside the
Confined Space Entry
TCF Temporary camp facility and ROW,

Developing, reviewing & updating HSE-MS procedures and documents.
Implement HSE Policy, plan, objectives, and targets identified by Management.
Support Emergency Response Teams and Emergency Command Centre activities
including Training and Exercises/Drills.
Coordinating & conducting incident investigation & sharing the lessons learnt.
Preparing HSE Training Matrix and organize for training.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling the implementation of company-wide HSE Policy & programs, conduct
systematic audits & inspections towards compliance of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 across
the company’s Infrastructure & Power Transmission & Distribution project-sites.
Accountable for generating an urgency-level atmosphere for HSE implementation, to
influence various levels of staff, officers, executives and contractors and their work
force, conduct internal audits of project sites, advice for corrective measures and
follow-up of the same, facilitated training programs for various levels.
Actively involved in educating & preparing personnel to meet all types of emergencies.
and essentially conducting and ensuring “People-Engagement Processes” and help build
a knowledge data base to educate and train staff and officers of HSE department.
Monitoring of Work Practices/Conditions and carry out safety inspections, internal safety
