Responsible for overall projects in terms of budget, material, manpower, Cost control and completion of the Projects as per the client schedule. . Preparing the project plans, schedules and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems. Responsible leader committed to achieve overall objectives of the project and assist estimation team to finalise the budget, Controlling the manpower allocations, quality and monitoring the productivity as per the company norms and handled a team of more than 2000 labour work force. Tracking project plan elements and making changes to stay on schedule by assigning the right team.
