• Part of core prelaunch team.
• Profit Center Head for the Jio Centre and assigned cluster - Sole person responsible for the overall PnL of the respective Jio Center (Verticals include Retail, Distribution, Enterprise, Customer Service, Network).
• Currently handling critical functional activities like infra readiness both in terms of retail touch points and network, Enterprise mapping, IBS / Wi-fi sign up and customer/trade engagement activity planning / deployment.

• Direct reportees include Mobility Lead, FTTH Lead, SCM Lead, CS Lead, Network Lead and FC&A Lead.
• Responsible for Total Retail Operations/business of Hubli Zone.
• Handling team of 55 employees (Store Managers, Supervisors, Back-end Staff and executives).
• Role involved handling all verticals under Vodafone Retail Structure which includes Company Stores, Mini Stores, AD-VMS and DD-VMS of the defined territory.
• Handled 192 retail touch points (Stores) - the largest retail zone across Karnataka in terms of Retail touch points.
• Responsible for business generation and 100% customer satisfaction across all touch points
• Proven Expertise in sales of telecom products through different verticals.
• Working along with team of Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Managers and ensuring the team exceeds its business targets.
• Involves Traction of the team members, WNP signups, regular reviews with team, training on a regular basis and following the process through various online tools.
• Developed and managed promotional activities aimed at enhancing product awareness through ARV.
• Working along with teams of Deputy Managers and their respective Financial Planning Managers and ensuring the team exceeds its business targets.
• Job involves Traction of the FOS, Timely reviews, Forecasting and planning of the team’s future business.
