DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepares the instruments and equipment needed in the operation.
* Providing psychological support to patients.
* Assisting surgeons in various surgeries.
* Maintain sterility throughout the procedure.
* Administration of medications.
* Monitoring Vital signs.
* Administration of infusion and transfusion.
* Assisting in endotracheal intubation.
* Insertion of ryles tube.
* Urinary catheterization.
* Maintaining OT register, inventory & stock register.
* Undertake count of sponges and instruments.
* Asssisting in Ultrasonography.
* Sterilization of unsterile equipments.
* Maintain records.
* Overseeing administrating works in the department.
* Overseeing the cleanliness of the unit
