A Warehouse Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily activities within a warehouse facility. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that warehouse staff follow safety and operational protocols. One of the key duties is to supervise warehouse workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training when necessary. They must ensure that products are properly labeled, stored in the right conditions, and moved efficiently through the warehouse.

Another major responsibility is inventory management. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures that stock levels are accurate, regularly conducting audits and reconciling any discrepancies. They are expected to use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track goods and optimize space usage. This role also involves coordinating with procurement and sales departments to maintain an effective flow of materials, preventing both shortages and overstocking.
