•Responsible for handling VIP movements of the Chairman of the group and his family on-board
•Inter-personal development with the flight operations, dispatch and other operating departments for smooth flight operations.
•Co-ordination with catering, cargo-loading, passenger transportation to & fro the aircraft bay to the terminal building.
•Regular liasoning with domestic and international catering for menu selection.

•Responsible for maintaining overall discipline / grooming / performance of candidates under training
•Monitor progress of individuals and recommend additional training
•Conduct cabin crew checks, surveillance and other safety audits on-board
•Perform recency checks on-board for cabin crew

SEP TRAINER (CABIN CREW & PILOTS) SPICEJET AIRLINES LTD.
•Qualified DGCA approved SEP trainer for cabin crew & pilots on Boeing 737-800/900ER
•Responsible for all SEP trainings like ab-initio, re-current, conversion, differential
•Responsible for conducting safety drills like Ditching, Fire and Smoke, Escape slide Drill
•Conducting regular aircraft visits for hands-on experience for cabin crew
•Updation & validation on DGR/AVSEC/SEP Trainings on SEP Cards of cabin crew
•Approval & Licensing of cabin crew in consonance with DGCA examination
•AEP processing and issuance through BCAS
•Maintaining Resigned crew data & IPC record of cabin crew
•Responsible for Safety Manuals proof reading and necessary updation
•Maintain & regularly update Question bank on SEP
•Source & refine corrective training modules based on case history
•Maintaining Training aids( Manuals/QRH/SEP cards/Training laptops etc)
•Administrative functions like record keeping, crew transport, uniform issuance, manual issuance etc
