Provide proactive HR Business Partner support to the business units on generalist HR issues and coordinating key operational HR processes such us sourcing, rewards, learning and development, employee relations and diversity. As well as, handling some of another project such as MP, SP, Engagement, etc.
Responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing, training and retaining nationals to meet the organization target. I been involved in various Emiratization projects such as succession planning, develop and manage Nationals Development Programs, CSR activities, career fairs and innovative HR projects. Additionally, I handled some of training and management duties.
Assist the team with daily reconciliation activities by analyzing and adjusting the differences between the cash balance shown on a bank statement, and the amount shown in the account holder's records.
Responsible for auditing employees’ personnel files to ensure that all are compliant with company’s guidelines. Additionally, I performed administrative functions including recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training new employees
