• Maintenance & Installation of Industrial Equipments like Motors, Gearbox, Belt conveyors, Screw conveyor, Mixer Arms & Pedals...
• Troubleshoot clearness in PLC Circuits & Control Wiring.
• Maintaining and Operating Generators for day to day activities. Under (1000kw genset-3nos, 800kw genset-1no)
• Installation : Changeover Panel & MV Panel.
• Maintenance Safety System like Emergency Switches, Siren, Revolving Light, Sensor, Limit Switches, float switches and CCTV cameras.
• Wiring Control System as per the design.
• Maintaining Check list like Plant, Compressor and Generator (Daily & Weekly)
• Managing a team of 12 members.
• Handled MV Panel, LV Panel, DB and SMDB.
• Wiring of Starters like Direct on Line, Star Delta, Reversing, Forward and Reverse Star Delta.
• Control & Power Panel design.
• Maintaining Documents like Job Card, Material Check List etc
Project Handle:
• AL Shams Trading & Constructing - MV Panel for 12 Duplex & 2 Villa @ Al Rayyan, Qatar.
• Commitment Engg Works - MV Panel for Add. School buildings of Qatar
• Maintenance of Passenger Boarding bridge in Airport.
• PBB Type: Thyseen Krupp, NKI & CIMC
• Monitor and control bridges by PLC, SCADA, VFD, HT Motors, LT Motors, Sensors, Limit Switches and Control & power panels.
• Installation of new Circuit Breaker and Control Circuit in Existing Panels.
• PLC: Siemens & Mitsubishi.
• Proactive Monitoring and Periodic maintenance of bridges are primary responsibilities.
• Maintain the Check List as per schedule (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Q, H&Yearly).
• Providing technical support & Ensuring safe working conditions.
• Managing a team of Five Members
