Preparing BBS, Check lists, checking & supervision of quality control works as per approved specification.
Establish and implement the work as per schedules and adjust them to meet project deadlines.
Ensure all site personnel used quality workmanship in accordance with plans and client’s need.
To Read blueprints, plans and to communicate it to workers.
Ensure Surveying, leveling, marking of the building etc.,
Assist Project engineer for planning and preparing the work schedule.
Examine and certify the bills and payments of contractors and materials.
Mobilization of labor contractors and resource management at site level.
Maintain current and accurate records of all inspection and work done.
On-going cost analysis of maintenance and work.
Oversee internal and external support manpower performance.
To ensure the execution of work as per drawing.
Prepare and Manage the Daily labor report and daily progress report.
Ensure appropriate marking for arch footing, columns, plinth beams & grade slabs.
Actively prepare bar bending schedule from footing to slab with minimum wastages.
Handle sub-structure & super-structure works including finishing with required accessories.
Preparing record drawings, technical reports, Site diary and jobs review of subordinate staff.
Assist in obtaining, evaluating, coordinating and distributing the information and authorizations needed to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified.
Perform quality control as per Indian Standard Code (ISC) of construction and execute scheme to manage inventory in order to regulate demand and supply of materials.
Manage and to submit end of month payment invoice to clients.
Authorize and procure construction materials, and responsible for preparing daily progress report on the attainment of materials to the Construction Manager.
• Undergone Implant Training in ‘Kumar Builders’. • Attended National Seminar on ‘Effective Utilization of Fly Ash’ at Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai on 21January2012. • Presented paper on ‘Smart Materials in Civil Engineering’ in M.A.M college of engineering. • Attended National Seminar on ‘Ground improvement techniques’ at Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore during 21&22 December 2011. • Undergone Six days Practical Training on ‘Total Station’ organized jointly by Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore and AIMIL Ltd, Chennai. • Member of ISTE student chapter (2010-12). • Member of Red Ribbon Club.
