Key Consulting Projects:
•Project I: Taiwan based leading government agency wanted to identify disruptive emerging technologies and investment opportunities in Taiwan. The agency also wanted to identify the gaps in Taiwan that need to be addressed with respect to emerging technology ecosystem. Solution: Proposed a scenario generation approach and identified key emerging techs through proprietary filtering approach. Developed a technology roadmap for the identified key technologies and sub-technologies and assessed the capabilities of Taiwan in comparison to global milestones / achievements. Recommendations for R&D opportunities in Taiwan were provided as final outcome.
•Project II: A leading government institute on behalf of their industries were looking for strategic partnership with software startups focused on emerging technologies such as AI, XaaS, Blockchain, Big Data Analytics, AR/VR based in North America to work together with and exploit their technical and operational synergies in order to develop their product portfolio.
Solution: Several constraints of partnership were discussed and companies were analyzed and filtered from an exhaustive list of startups. Established a successful engagement between the clients and identified companies, and the client was extremely content with the final outcome of the project
