* Managing End-to-End Recruitment life cycle for Faculty and Non Faculty positions including Leadership
hiring of UPES and IT hiring of GUS Global Services.
* Adept in hiring through conventional and unconventional sources like LinkedIn, market intelligence,
headhunting, networking, campus hiring, mapping to hire talent across skills and levels
* Hiring as per specified competency framework, TAT and quality specifications
* Attract & hire the best talent across the industries for the company and create a healthy Talent Pipeline
* Optimized hiring channel mix within budgeted costs by managing various channels of resourcing
* Successfully implemented low cost hiring strategies by developing alternate recruitment channels like
(Low cost vendors, Employee Referral, campus hiring)
* Manpower planning with the help of functional heads and School heads
* Largely involved in managing stakeholders, interfacing and partnering with business
* Effectively handling a team of Recruiters and Leads for achieving the set goals / targets
* Continuously mentoring & coaching the team, work with them at ground level and providing hiring
innovations and techniques

* Managed frontline hiring & support hiring / lateral hiring
* Managed all initial Interview processes related with the recruitments and coordinated with operation
managers for final selection
* Managed pre-boarding including salary negotiation, offer closure, joining formalities and on-boarding
including induction process, documentations etc. of the new joiners.
* Team management & Vendor management
