•Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
•Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
•Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly reviewed.
•Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
•Co-ordinate continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed
•Accountable for Project Coordination, Inspection co-ordination and back up office support & Management support etc.
•Responsible for in-depth analysis for process failures, rejections and customer complaints.
•Liaise with Customer Representative for the Quality related activities of the project
•Ensuring that customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified and that the organization is meeting or exceeding customer expectations
•Monitoring the preparation of project specific Procedures, Work Instructions and Quality Plans as required and issue as per the Subcontractor Quality System Procedures
•Working closely with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality performance criteria and monitor supplier performance
•Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
•Managing Safety aspects involving weekly walkabouts with all parties ensuring safety
